Cancel Order Policy

Orders can be canceled for any reason within 30 minutes of placing the order.
After 30 minutes, your order is automatically processed and prepared for shipment, which means we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once it enters fulfillment.

If you wish to cancel your order within the 30-minute window, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but you may still be eligible for a return once it’s delivered.
